1) Ensure that you remember your existing password. Otherwise, use the Reset/Unlock account link.
2) New password must meet the following requirements:

- must be at least 8 characters

- must meet at least 3 of the following complexity requirements

a. Lowercase characters

b. Uppercase characters

c. Numbers (0-9)

d. Symbols (for example, !, $, #, %)

- Your existing password must be at least 1 day old before changing it
- the last 12 passwords can't be used again to change the password

To prevent account lock out, wait for at least 5 minutes before signing-in using your new password.

This provides time for our systems to sync your new password.
